The villa includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom (a convenient guest bathroom with toilet and sink but no shower), comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. Generous living areas, a private pool, and a tropical garden create the perfect setting for families and groups.

Guests benefit from included staff: a cleaning lady daily from 8 am to 5 pm (with breakfast and lunch preparation included), a pool person twice a week, and a gardener once a week. Dinner preparation can also be arranged for an additional 2,000 DOP per meal.

Amenities feature a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (charged separately), inverter system, generator, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed internet, BBQ, washer and dryer, and private parking for 3 cars.
