This beautiful modern villa features a large terrace overlooking a spacious tropical garden and a private pool with relaxing bubble effects. Fully furnished and equipped, it offers contemporary comfort in a tropical setting. Ideally located just two minutes from Portillo Beach, within a private gated community with 24/7 security, the villa provides direct access to one of the Dominican Republic’s most famous kitesurf and wingfoil spots.

The property includes 3 bedrooms plus a service room, 4 beds, 3 full bathrooms (1 extra in the service room) and 1 half bathroom outside (a convenient guest bathroom with toilet and sink but no shower), comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Wide living spaces, outdoor lounges, and a lush garden make it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends.

Guests will enjoy included staff: a cleaning lady daily from 8 am to 5 pm (with breakfast and lunch preparation included), a pool person twice a week, and a gardener once a week. Dinner preparation can also be arranged for an additional 2,000 DOP per meal.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, inverter system, generator, generator, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed internet, BBQ (gas and charcoal), washer and dryer, and private parking for 4 vehicles. Please note that air conditioning is charged separately and pets are not allowed.
